This hotel really took us by suprise. Located in a non-descript shopping district/ auto row just a few minutes from downtown Bassano del Grappa, it suited our needs perfectly. We were just passing thru and wanted a 1 night stay - found this fantastic property just off the freeway. Secure underground parking. Welcoming & friendly staff - not to mention one of the absolute best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. This Corporate / Business hotel features very large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very quiet at night with very large and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly. A suprisingly excellent stay and a great value for the price. We will definitelyreturn!

Reception and personnel were friendly, but not all of them 100% english capable. Breakfast was fine and sufficient choices were available. Room was cleaned daily - usually between 10 and 14h, no remarks - well done - but not exceptional - staff took into account presence/absence. Free parking under the building, directly accessible by elevator. WiFi coverage available throughout the hotel.

Safe parking for motorbikes and cars in the garage with direct access to hotel and rooms. Nice and clean Hotel with big double bed. We had a room with balcony and the terasse was huge!

The location was good and our suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as was the Italian coffees they were happy to make for us. Dinner in the restaurant was also good. The parking was easy and was underground with direct lift access into the hotel. The bowl of candy at reception was a big hit with our two young children.

Comfortable and quiet room, perfectly clean, good airco. Friendly and professional receptionists. In reality the room looks better than in the pictures.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is 20mins from the center (walking) but it was easy to approach. Very modern and clean bathroom.

Very clean, modern & good choices for breakfast. Good menu at restaurant for dinner. Close to Bassano center & Cima Grappa where one can enjoy a steep ride with 28 hairpin turns, paragliding, & visit a War Memorial at the top.

Little off the beaten path but close enough to still see the sights and take in the views. Fantastic hotel to have a very memorable experience! Worth the room upgrades to suite or larger!!!

The staff was so nice and helpful - front desk gave recommendations and directions to a restaurant - breakfast staff was helpful, set up a spot for the baby to sit, and was attentive. Clean facility, great location. Short drive to downtown area.
